Shipment is carried out after order confirmation by a manager via phone, email, or social media.

Delivery Options:

Nova Poshta

• Delivery time: 2-3 days if the item is in stock.
• Shipment: same day if ordered before 18:00 (Mon.-Fri.) or 15:00 (Sat.-Sun.).
• Delays: you will be notified if any occur.
• Tracking: available on the website or in the mobile app “Nova Poshta”.
• Cash on delivery: paid by the customer (2% of the value + 20 UAH).

Ukrposhta

• Delivery according to service tariffs.

Additional Options

• Courier delivery in Dnipro: ₴100.00.
• Self-pickup at the office in Dnipro.

Payment Methods:

• Cash on delivery.
• Payment to PrivatBank card.
• Automatic payment to Visa / Mastercard.
• Cash on delivery: 2% of the item value + 20 UAH.
