🚚 DELIVERY

Self-pickup (Dnipro):

  • where: pickup point in Dnipro;
  • when: after order readiness confirmed by manager;
  • conditions: items in stock.

Nova Poshta:

  • where: branch, parcel locker or courier throughout Ukraine;
  • terms: 1-3 days;
  • payment: according to carrier's tariffs. Cash on delivery possible (commission: 2% + 20 UAH);
  • tracking: you will receive a TTN for online monitoring;
  • track parcel by TTN number

Ukrposhta:

  • where: branch throughout Ukraine;
  • terms: 3-7 days;
  • payment: according to carrier's tariffs;
  • tracking: tracking number provided.

ROZETKA Delivery (for items marked "ROZETKA"):

  • where: ROZETKA pickup points;
  • cost: free with online payment;
  • cash on delivery: with commission (from 01.02.2024);
  • terms: 3-8 days.

Uklon Delivery Courier (Dnipro):

  • for whom: for items marked "ROZETKA" in Dnipro;
  • payment: according to Uklon tariffs.

💳 PAYMENT

Online card payment:

  • what: Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay;
  • where: on the website during order placement;
  • advantages: no commission for own funds, fast and secure.

Cash on delivery:

  • where: upon receipt at Nova Poshta or ROZETKA;
  • features: carrier's commission for money transfer.

To FOP account:

  • how: by requisites;
  • important: possible bank commission for transfer.

To MONOBANK / PrivatBank card:

  • how: direct transfer;
  • important: no commission for own funds on Monobank, possible commission on PrivatBank.

Installment payment / Loan:

  • from whom: MONOBANK, PrivatBank;
  • how: use your bank's programs;
  • details: check with our managers or your bank.

Cash:

  • where: when picking up in Dnipro.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT

Always check your order upon receipt!

In case of damages or discrepancies – record it with the delivery service representative and refuse to accept the order.

ATTENTION! If the order was not picked up from the post office, the cost of delivery in both directions (to the buyer and return to the sender) is paid by the customer. Please take this into account to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Important: claims regarding mechanical damage are not accepted after signing the acceptance certificate.
